Portal Purpose
This portal is a scheduling and workflow tool for local home service businesses. Customers can submit service requests, view request status, and access basic service information. Admin and worker/technician users can manage jobs based on their approved role.
Not for Emergencies
This portal is not monitored for emergencies. Do not use it for urgent, hazardous, life-threatening, medical, fire, gas leak, electrical danger, or public safety situations. For emergencies, call 911 or the proper emergency service provider.
Information You Submit
Users should submit only information needed to request or manage service, such as name, phone, email, service address, preferred appointment time, service description, and non-sensitive photo/file links.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, credit card numbers, medical records, legal documents, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.
Privacy Notice
Information submitted through the portal may be stored in Firebase/Firestore and used for scheduling, customer follow-up, staff assignment, job tracking, and business communication.
Files and Photos
If photo or document links are submitted, users are responsible for making sure those files do not contain sensitive information. Do not link confidential, financial, medical, or legally sensitive files.
Requests and Appointments
Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate service, appointment approval, final pricing, worker availability, licensing coverage, or emergency response. Admin review may be required before a job is scheduled or assigned.
Payments
Do not enter payment card numbers or banking information in this portal. Use only official invoice or payment links provided by the business.
Role-Based Access
Customers should access only their own job information. Workers/technicians should access only assigned job information. Admin users are responsible for managing requests, assignments, services, quotes, payments, and announcements appropriately.
